Job Title: Event Management Intern

Location: Mumbai (On-site) + Pan India travelling

Duration: 6 Months

Compensation: Upto 15K

About Company:

This is a dynamic company focused on connecting content creators across India. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Event Management Intern to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have prior college experience organizing large-scale events, including college fests and other networking events. You will be instrumental in organizing networking events for content creators and securing sponsorships to elevate company’s engagement with the creator community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sponsorship Outreach:
- Help identify potential sponsors for events and assist in securing brand partnerships and sponsorships for the content creator crowd.
- Social Media Promotion:
- Assist with ideas and strategies to promote events on social media platforms to increase reach and engagement and ensure recurring brand partnerships
- Event Planning & Coordination:
- Organize and manage networking events for content creators across India.
- Coordinate events targeting crowds of 50-70 attendees per event.
- Venue & Menu Curation:
- Select appropriate venues and curate food & beverage options to ensure a memorable experience for attendees.
- Invitations & Follow-ups:
- Identify and invite relevant content creators to attend events.
- Manage RSVPs and follow up to confirm attendance.
- Pan-India Travelling at the time of event: expenses will be taken care of by the company

Requirements:

- Prior experience in organizing college events or fests (5,000+ attendees).
- Knowledge of social media promotion strategies.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Passion for content creation and networking.
