Job description
I am seeking an experienced immigration consultant or lawyer to assist in bringing my nieces and nephews, who are currently UN refugees in Ghana, to the United States. As a US citizen, I want to ensure that all legal procedures and requirements are met efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive guidance on the US immigration process for refugees. Assist in preparing and submitting all necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with US immigration laws and regulations. Communicate with relevant authorities and organizations (USCIS, UNHCR, etc.). Offer support and advice throughout the entire immigration process. Requirements: Proven experience in handling US immigration cases, specifically refugee cases. In-depth knowledge of US immigration laws and procedures. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work with clients remotely.
