Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive retention marketing strategies focused on increasing customer loyalty, reducing churn, and maximizing lifetime value.
Customer Segmentation:
- Utilize customer data to segment the customer base effectively and create targeted retention campaigns tailored to different customer segments.
Multi-Channel Campaigns:
- Design and implement multi-channel retention campaigns across email marketing, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and social media platforms.
Personalization:
- Implement personalization techniques to deliver relevant and timely content to different customer segments, enhancing engagement and satisfaction.
Lifecycle Marketing:
- Develop and manage customer lifecycle marketing programs including onboarding, engagement, upsell, and win-back campaigns to optimize customer retention throughout their journey.
Data Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze key retention metrics and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, content, customer support, and analytics to ensure alignment and effectiveness of retention strategies.
Customer Feedback:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improving the overall customer experience, thereby increasing retention rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in retention marketing or a similar role within the healthcare or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative and effective retention strategies.
- Effective communicator and collaborator with cross-functional teams.
