THE OPPORTUNITY

The Implementation Manager will drive the successful deployment of our innovative software solutions for the insurance industry, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional client satisfaction. Leading a team, this role will manage project timelines and costs, coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency, and provide exceptional support to drive client success. This is a great opportunity for a client-focused, process-oriented leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and has experience executing implementation strategies in a high-growth environment.


This position can be performed from our office in London, Ontario or remotely within Canada. Remote-based employees may occasionally be asked to travel to our office for meetings or team-building events and to client sites.


Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new clients, from initial planning to go-live
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines
Build a strong rapport with new clients by showing expertise and building trust
Engage with Product and Development teams on feature releases and enhancements while staying up to date on product knowledge and industry standards
Ensure communications and training is effectively delivered during client implementations and to our client community
Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing implementation team
Develop, monitor, and manage key performance metrics
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Collaborate with sales to ensure a seamless transition throughout the client journey
Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies
Travel to client sites required from time to time
Perform other job-related duties as assigned


Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience leading implementations with a SaaS product
Proven experience leading teams and managing people
A data-driven approach to developing, tracking and optimizing performance metrics
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills when it comes to building and maintaining client relationships
Proficiency in project management (e.g., JIRA) and AI tools
A track record for meeting deadlines and excelling in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client success
Understanding of property & casualty insurance processes and terminology
Nice to Have

PMP or other relevant project management certification
Experience with data migration and system integration
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Familiarity with SQL and database management
Previous experience in a client-facing role within the insurance industry
