We are seeking a Senior Legal Recruiter to join our team at Burgess Paluch Legal Recruitment. As a Senior Legal Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to work with lawyers and help them land amazing jobs.
The Role
Our client is a highly-regarded and established property group with properties across Australia. We are looking for a commercial property lawyer with 5+ years of PQE gained at a well-regarded law firm or similar in-house environment.
Provide commercial and legal advice across the company's portfolio of assets.
Manage, advise, assist, report, and record keeping of legal and corporate matters in an accurate, timely, effective, professionally, and commercially focused manner.
Assist with drafting, advising, and negotiating agreements.
Assist with compliance and policy, leasing, management, and much more.
About You
You will be a strong technical knowledge of property law and be commercially focused. No two days will be the same in this role, as you will be working in a collaborative team environment with engaging work, no time-sheets, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have in place the legal work rights for Australia.
