Inbound Customer Service Rep (5 years of Work Experience)

Required Skills:
Excellent English and grammar
Great phone demeanour
Extremely professional telephone etiquette
Strong verbal communication
Sound judgement in practical matters (common sense)
Strong customer service, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
Computer skills with excellent keyboarding and attention to detail
Job Duties:
Answer inbound calls
Access customer accounts via proprietary software
Provide accurate information
Process customer requests on their account
Escalate to supervisor if necessary

Inbound Customer Service Supervisor (10 years of Work Experience)

Required Skills:
Excellent English and grammar
Proficient conversationalist
Great phone demeanour
Strong people skills
Extremely professional telephone etiquette
Highly confident with strong verbal communication
Strong customer service, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
Computer skills with excellent keyboarding and attention to detail
Experience in hiring and training
Analytical with good memory
Conscientious
Ability to multi-task
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Able to handle service escalations courteously and professionally
Job Duties:
Handle service escalations
Hire, train and schedule service reps
Monitor and assist service reps
Provide ongoing training for service reps
