Key Responsibilities:

- *Food Preparation:* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
- *Quality Control:* Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standard and presented attractively.
- *Menu Development:* Collaborate with the kitchen team and head chef to create and update menu items.
- *Inventory Management:* Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
- *Kitchen Safety and Cleanliness:* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- *Team Collaboration:* Work closely with other kitchen staff, including line cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure timely and efficient service.
- *Customer Service:* Handle special requests and dietary restrictions with care and attention to detail.
- *Equipment Maintenance:* Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and report any issues to management.
