Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Indian Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to our standards of excellence while adhering to food safety regulations.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality meal presentation.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures.
Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or similar setting. Must have a legal status in Canada.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential for maintaining a safe kitchen environment.
Experience with meal preparation and food handling techniques is highly valued.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately are necessary for success in this role.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
