Ensure that all dishes served meet the DO&CO standard
Act as a role model while taking part in service - preparing and cooking Indian dishes
Monitor wastage and complete assigned tasks on multiple stations within the given time to meet strict deadlines
Always keep the immediate work area clean and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook items according to specification and recipes.
