Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and electrical systems to reduce downtime
Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues
Utilize CMMS for preventive maintenance, inventory, and tasks
Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including wiring, circuits, motors, and control systems
Replace faulty electrical components like relays, switches, and sensors
Use electrical diagrams and schematics for troubleshooting and repairs
Troubleshoot PLCs, specifically input/output and control voltages
Use a multimeter to check voltage and continuity
Understanding Yaskawa robots is a plus
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and drive systems
Replace defective parts using hand and power tools
Assist in the installation of new machinery and electrical systems
Upgrade and modify equipment for efficiency, safety, and compliance
Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Maintain accurate maintenance records
Work closely with production staff to minimize disruptions
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians on complex problems
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
