We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. As an industrial mechanic, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery on client's locations throughout the GTA. Jobsites and start times will vary. Your expertise in mechanical installations will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. Job sites and duties are ever changing. A vast and open skillset that can adapt to new challenges.

Duties:

- Install, dismantle, and relocate machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and other specifications under a foreman

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating machinery, replacing parts, and inspecting equipment for potential issues

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems in machinery using diagnostic tools and equipment

- Weld or fabricate parts as needed to repair or modify machinery. Experience with mig / tig welding an asset

- Ability to fabricate an asset

- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to understand equipment specifications and operating procedures

- Collaborate with other maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of projects and minimize downtime. Working as part of a crew, or independently as a technician
