This dual-accountability role combines Industry Delivery Leadership for New Zealand with Customer Success Management for a single strategic New Zealand account. The role owns end-to-end delivery governance, financial performance, client satisfaction, and value realisation across the NZ portfolio and the nominated account.

What you will be doing

Own end-to-end delivery performance for all DXC services across New Zealand.
Ensure adherence to contractual SLAs, service commitments, and delivery standards.
Own revenue, margin, cost optimisation, and forecast accuracy across the NZ portfolio.
Drive delivery-led growth initiatives (typically sub-$5m).
Lead Voice of the Customer (VoC / NPS) outcomes.
Lead and develop Customer Success Managers and delivery leaders.
Maintain senior executive client relationships across NZ.
What will keep you busy

Single point of accountability for client success across CES and GIS.
Own delivery governance, service reviews, QBRs, and executive forums.
Manage account financials including margin and forecasting.
Drive renewals, retention, and contract continuity.
Identify and progress cross-offering expansion opportunities.
Act as the voice of the customer within DXC.
The skills you will bring

12+ years in technology services delivery or managed services.
9+ years in senior leadership or people management roles.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Executive-level client engagement experience.
