ONE LEGAL is a boutique New Zealand-based law firm with an expanding international presence. We focus on New Zealand law and cross-border transactions, especially with China. As part of our international growth strategy, we are seeking qualified and motivated legal professionals in India to join our remote legal support team. Are you an IT professional looking for an exciting opportunity to manage and enhance IT infrastructure for a growing company? We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator to join our team and oversee all technology-related operations.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain and optimize computing and network systems to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
Oversee the installation, management, and licensing of software applications.
Perform regular data backups and monitor security protocols to safeguard company information.
Administer email systems, providing user support and training to employees.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
Assist in procuring hardware and software to meet internal and customer needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported to the Help Desk.
Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring smooth functionality and updates.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree Or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 year of experience in a similar role.
Security Expertise: Strong understanding of data security protocols and compliance requirements.
System Proficiency: Familiarity with email system administration is preferred.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle challenges and work under pressure in a fast-paced IT environment.Website Management: Experience in maintaining and updating company websites.
