We’re on the lookout for a IT Administrator to join our amazing team as we expand to new markets and territories.

We’re a growing company breaking new moulds and exploring new horizons, and we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to join us for the ride!

Your main tasks:
• Monitor and maintain networks and servers
• Document processes, as well as backing up and archiving data
• Develop data retrieval and recovery procedures
• Design and implement efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems
• Ability to provide IT Desktop support remotely to all users within the organisation when necessary
• Provide IT support to the Tech department as required
• Keep up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration
• Troubleshoot problems with systems and programs

What you’ll need to succeed:
• At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar
• Professional qualifications in Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, or similar
• Working experience of Microsoft Azure environment
• Experience in sharepoint administration
• Experience in administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 products and services
• Experience in Exchange Admin centre
• MDM and MAM knowledge is advantageous
• Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
• Solid experience of working on projects and managing your time in a remote environment
• Strong communication and conceptual thinking
• Analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Strong aptitude for financial planning and mathematical literacy
• Can manage workload with definitive timelines
• Have a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn

Remuneration : Up to 60,000 INR per month (720,000 per annum)
