Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, network configurations, Microsoft Office, M365, and hardware components

Location: Onsite - 5 days per week (Starting from January 2025, new employees have to work onsite at 70 W Michigan Ave, Battle Creek, MI 4+017. After the plants finish, they have to work onsite at 13700 W Michigan Ave, Marshall, MI 4+068.)
