Perform IT related service as instructed by Manager.
Knowledge of excel and use of CRM systems
Addressing incidents faced by the users in their day-to-day use of IT.
Provide support (including Installation, configuration and fine tuning support) for new Desktops / Laptops which shall include OS Installation, verification of Hardware Configuration, Configuring Mail Client, Con-figuring MS Office Applications, Configuring Printers and resolving printing problems of the users. Support for patch up gradation on desktops.
Update Antivirus every week and perform full scan for all system weekly once.
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organisational policy.
Maintain inventory control of information technology equipment.
Manage Active Directory (AD) user account creation, administration and troubleshooting.
Diagnosing, verifying and reporting downtime and providing immediate notifi-cation for all incidents. Emergency recovery maintenance for Desktops.
Manage folder sharing and permission setting on server. Ensure security of data on network and backup systems.
Provide time to time proactive maintenance of peripherals for reduction of operational is-sues.
