Job description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities
• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Maintain existing business
• Think critically when planning to assure project success
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the corporate segment.
• To identify key clients and to promote and sell the entire range of IT Data Centre related technologies.
• Establish relationships with customers and secure contracts and execute strategy for account and achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
• Drive the entire sales cycle customer engagement to closed sales.
• Qualify opportunity inside account and create solutions.
• Consult about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each.
• Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
• Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers.
• Draft and deliver proposals.
• Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales.
• Report on sales activity.
• Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions.
• Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods.
• Work with delivery teams to proactively address problems.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years' prior industry related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented

Relevant Skills
• Application migration & Data center migration
• New application hosting on data center & New application hosting on cloud
• Data center technologies like (servers, Windows, Linux, SAN, NAS, Networking, )
• Cloud Technologies like (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle )
• Support or managed services on Data center & Support or managed services on Cloud
