Job description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Infrastructure Performance Administrator to join our friendly team in Doncaster. This role requires excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills as you will liaise with various internal departments to collate all infrastructure train performance data, including root cause analysis and provide support to the Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager (ISDM) in all aspects of contract administration. This role will also involve engaging with stakeholders and supporting the delivery of key performance metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000

Data and Performance Management
• Collate train running data for Network & Bulk Ballast Services.
• Monitor weekly performance statistics and produce periodic customer reports.
• Upload performance data to Power BI to support performance analysis.
• Liaise with departmental stakeholders and the performance team to identify root causes of KPI failures and provide dispute responses for regional and central customers.
Operational Support
• Download and manage customer orders from the Procurement Portal (NROL) to support planning processes such as T5/T7 Lockdowns and OM Lookaheads.
• Create and share weekly fleet simplifiers and update weekly control monitoring sheet templates.
• Use GBRf’s internal order system, 'Workbank,' as required by the ISDM.
• Upload customer 'PT' notices to Railsmart weekly for access by train crew.
Customer Engagement and Reporting
• Collate and send customer safety reports as created by the Safety Team.
• Represent GB Railfreight (GBRf) in customer engagement activities and contribute to the creation of CRM data.
• Create internal Friday Assurance Call Sheets for key updates.
Administrative and Seasonal Support
• Receive, collate, and respond to regional possession and central network performance data.
• Support the Seasonal Delivery Manager by saving tick sheets from the Customer Procurement Portal to internal files.
• Provide general administrative support as requested by the ISDM.
Essential Skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills
• Experience with Power BI or similar performance analysis tools.
• Familiarity with railway operations or performance data management
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
