About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and client relationship management, with a focus on equipment validation services in the Injectable Pharma sector.
The Job
• Business Development & Sales:
• Identify and develop business opportunities in Injectable Pharma Plants for equipment validation services (Autoclave, Tunnel, DHS, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Quality, Engineering, and Validation teams at pharma manufacturing sites.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries related to validation protocols, compliance standards, and service execution.
• Deliver technical presentations and discussions to showcase validation expertise and build client confidence.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Stay current on industry standards like USFDA, EU-GMP, MHRA, WHO-GMP, and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Collaborate with the validation and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of services.
• Visit client sites regularly to understand validation requirements, coordinate service execution, and resolve issues.
Requirements
• Education: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Engineering, B.Sc/M.Sc in Life Sciences, or related fields.
• Experience: 5-6 years in Sales/Business Development for Equipment Validation Services in the Injectable Pharma sector.
• Strong knowledge of Autoclave, Tunnel, DHS, Freezers, Lyophilizers, and Depyrogenation Ovens validation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office for reporting and documentation.
