Job description for Injection moulding Operator.

· Candidate should know injection moulding machine in basic & micro process control of machine.

· Candidate must have independently operated injection moulding machine with minimum hand on machine experience of 4+ years.

· Candidate must possess knowledge of processing basic thermoplastic materials such as Poly propylene (PP), High density poly ethylene (HDPE), Low density poly ethylene (LDPE), General purpose Poly styrene( GPPS), Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene(ABS), Nylon 6 & Nylon 66, Poly carbonate ( PC), Delrin etc.

· Candidate should be able to set mould on machine, its initial startup & production operation of machine, controlling parametrs such as temperature, pressure, speed, opening closing time, mould & machine safety.

· Candidate should be willing to work in shifts.

· Candidate must be cooperative to work with his superiors & his sub ordinates ( helpers etc.).

· Candidate should be ready to work in 12 hours shift.

· Should perform typical injection molding machine operation.

· Should Perform visual inspection of molded components.

· Completes required production reports that includes cycle times, number of scrap and down time.

· Should be able to Detect and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.

· Candidate should not have any past / present criminal record.

· Should be able to Undertake post moulding activities

· Should be ready to Carry out Housekeeping

· Should be able to Carry out Quality Checks.

· Must be able to Carry out Problem Identification and Escalation

Qualification:

· The Candidate should be minimum 10th or 10+ passed.

· Previous experience as injection moulding machine operator atleaset 4+ year is must.

· Basic mechanical aptitude & ability to trouble shoot moulding process issue.

· Should be ready to adapt to changing priorities.

Shift: Rotational shift

Job location: Alandi, Pune.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
