Responsibilities
● Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about courses and programs using predefined scripts
● Answer questions about courses and programs offered by Analytics Vidhya
● Ask questions to understand customer needs/requirements and close sales
● Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
● Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information/feedback to increase conversion efficiency.
