Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads received and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Handle inbound customer calls and schedule appointments according to the sales team's availability.
Conduct cold calling from various databases to schedule appointments for the sales team.
Effectively sell our services over the phone and provide excellent customer service Requirements:
Excellent command of English, Marathi, and Hindi is essential.
Proficiency in using Excel and other CRM functions.
At least 3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
