We are seeking an experienced lead generation professional with the ability to own and deliver against a lead generation target. This role will require identifying prospects, discovering innovative ways for connecting with prospects, and convincing them to have advanced next-level discussions with Sales Manager.
He should have convincing and engaging skills with prospects. He should have the skills to nurture prospects in his pipeline and drive them to the next level of advanced discussions.
Basic (Must Have):
• Must be able to generate leads on his/her own. Inbound & Outbound.
• Can excellently communicate with CXOs, VPs, and Founders.
• Excellent email writing skills.
• Must have experience in IT services or product sales.
• Must have LinkedIn platform working skills at an advanced level.
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience with an advanced level of knowledge in email marketing, affiliate marketing, campaign performances, analytics, networking, and generating leads from other online mediums.
• Up-to-date with market trends and updates in regard to lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
• To follow Lead Qualification Criteria set by PSI and generate leads according to it.
• Emailing, LinkedIn connect & messaging, and reaching out to relevant prospects through social media channels and introducing any new lead gen techniques.
• Responsible for an initial discussion with the lead till it gets matured.
• Own targets for Lead Generation, sales funnels like contacting suspects and prospects, (TOFU), Nurturing Prospects (MOFU)
• Excellent Liaison and team skills within the sales and marketing team.
• Reporting to SM in PSI. (Territory Head)
• Develop right Lead generation strategies & plan for systematic growth
• Work alongside the marketing team to execute lead-generation strategies. Contribute to the branding of the organization, its services & specialties
• Maintaining data in CRM effectively.
• Responsible for prospecting, nurturing contacts (right persona), and Enhancing relationships with existing prospects.
• Should work as an individual contributor
