JD for Inside Sales Executive

As an Inside Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate sales and drive revenue growth by promoting and selling products or services over the phone.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
Your role is vital in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Responsibilities:
• Maintaining longlasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional aftersales service
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Developing indepth knowledge of product features and benefits.
• Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
• Setting up facetoface meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Give online demos to our clients and respond to their queries patiently.
• Maintain and manage the client database.
• Follow standards and maintain quality results.
• Schedule calls to educate the clients about our products.

Salary:
₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
