Salary Offered: 4 to 5 Lakhs Per Annum plus uncapped incentives
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our team in Bangalore. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue through effective communication and relationship building with potential customers. Fluency in English is essential, along with proficiency in at least one regional language (Hindi/Kannada/Telugu/Tamil).
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote our products/services and generate sales leads.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through research, referrals, and outbound prospecting efforts.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our. products/services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospects, addressing their needs and concerns to drive conversion.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their requirements and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.
Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipelines effectively, track lead progression, and follow up on prospects to ensure timely closure of deals.
Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular updates and reports on sales activities and achievements.
Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve sales strategies, processes, and product offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in at least one regional language (Hindi/Kannada/Telugu/Tamil) is mandatory.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques is a plus.
