Overview:

We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to lay the groundwork for prospecting and qualifying leads, focusing on approaching the right customers. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our SaaS, and conducting qualified demonstrations of our software.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Prospecting: Reach out to prospective customers and persuade them to utilize our SaaS solutions.
• Company Brief: Briefly communicate information about the company to potential clients.
• Lead Generation: Target prospect customers and generate a fixed number of qualified leads.
• Needs Assessment: Assess client's needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions.
• Conversion: Convert inquiries into potential sales through effective communication and demonstrations.
• Professional Representation: Professionally represent the company, building strong relationships with clients.
• Customer Assistance: Listen to customer needs, helping them find the right product for their requirements.
• Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver qualified presentations and demonstrations to showcase the software's capabilities.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Handling Objections: Give compelling presentations, handle objections, and close sales deals.
• Sales Opportunities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Client Meetings: Set up meetings with potential clients, understanding their needs and concerns.
• Presentations Delivery: Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our products and services.
• Resource Availability: Ensure the availability of adequate resources for sales and demonstrations.
• Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate and close deals, addressing any complaints or objections from clients.
• Participation in Events: Actively participate in exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to conduct effective presentations and demonstrations.
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions and technology sales.
• Proactive approach to lead generation and customer engagement.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and social media for sales.
• Willingness to actively participate in events and conferences.
