• Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers to promote and sell Lutron Post-Occupancy services through emails
• Conduct needs analysis and offer solutions that align with customer requirements
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and propose customized service plans
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and leads
• Achieve service sales targets by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Continuously build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and retention
• Work collaboratively with other teams within the organization to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activity reports
• Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Stay aligned to Lutron’s culture and value.
