Inside Sales Lead

We are seeking an experienced Lead – Inside Sales candidate having 8-10 years of experience, a proven track record in sales, and a keen ability to drive lead generation, conduct effective cold calling, and excel in initial appointment setting and qualification. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct proactive lead-generation activities through various channels to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Execute effective cold-emailing and calling campaigns to engage prospects and establish initial connections.
• Set and manage initial appointments for the sales Head to further qualify leads.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and client engagement.
• Utilize CRM tools and systems to accurately maintain and update prospect information.
• Independently handle small value deals, managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closure.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Requirements:
• 8-10 years of proven experience in inside sales within the IT services industry.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, utilizing tools such as ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Proficiency in executing targeted email campaigns for engaging prospects and initiating meaningful conversations.
• Experience in CRM software, with a strong understanding of how to leverage these tools for effective reporting, analysis, and lead management.
• Proven ability to independently manage smaller value deals, overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to successful closure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with prospects and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and report on sales metrics, contributing to continuous improvement strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's / Master’s degree
• Should be Handson and enjoy being a go-getter.
• Required Good Communication Skills and be an active listener.
• Good interpersonal skills and email writing skills.
• Required cold calling experience and good convincing skills.
