Tachyon Digital is looking to expand its sales team in North America to better serve its customers and grow its business. The company is seeking experienced IT/digital solution sales professionals who have the skills and experience to help drive sales and increase revenue. Tachyon is looking for people who can develop and maintain relationships with customers, create strategies and plans to increase sales, and provide top-notch customer service. The company is looking for candidates who are organized, have strong communication skills, and have a passion for sales.
Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Vizag, or remote
Shift: Evening Shift USA Time
Duration: Full Time
Deliver sales growth and meet allocated revenue targets with a go-to-market strategy to hunt, acquire and develop a new client base
Deep engagement with customers in identifying opportunities that can be further shaped into large-scale digital transformation engagements
Business Development acumen with responsibility for sales/deal conversion
Understand clients’ business functions, priorities, strategies, pain areas and solution options, and market trends, and identify new business opportunities
Interact with senior business and IT leadership of clients on behalf of Tachyon and lead the conversations to get business growth
Develop and execute territory business plan
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 6-8 years of USA experience in inside/field sales/business development of IT solutions and services
SAP, Salesforce, Analytics, RPA, Digital Transformation services Business Development experience
Motivated self-starter, proactive, able to meet unexpected challenges, and can work independently as well as part of a team
Strategic problem-solving and collaboration skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to deliver results in a matrix organization (leveraging multiple functions and teams)
Strong track record and proven ability to develop solid, consultative business relationships through effective networking skills to grow and develop accounts.
Ability to follow established processes
Takes Part in account reviews and performance measurement.
Effective presentation skills
Negotiation skills
Willing to travel
Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science And/or Masters in Business Management degree
Experience with BFSI/High-tech/Manufacturing/Energy & Utilities/Government/Health Care verticals
