Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and closing sales deals over the phone and via email.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals
- Build relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Present products/services to customers and negotiate sales deals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Update records and sales reports

Requirements:

- 1 year of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong product knowledge and ability to articulate product benefits
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection
- Proficient Microsoft Office
