Job Duties (Roles & Responsibilities)
OBJECTIVE:
Manages sales of the company’s products and services in within a defined geographic area – CognitiveBotics Digital Threptic Platform for Indian Market
Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning.
Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
Collaborates with CognitiveBotics in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals.
Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
Driving the sales process on our technology stack offers
Coordinates proposals generation with the delivery team to support the known and potential requirements of customers.
Develops nurtures and maintains relationships with potential channel partners in the joint pursuit of selective business opportunities.
Develop lead opportunities by qualifying accounts and collecting information that includes

DETAILS OF FUNCTION:
Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with CB.
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems.
Champion marketing programs and general business solutions resulting in increased customer traffic and sales.
Generate leads through prospecting, hunting and cold calling, both in-person and via telephone.
Educate the lead that is given by inside sales team and convert the lead to opportunity.
Proactively and continually source, collect, develop and manage all new and existing leads, markets, prospects and client.
Travel as assigned to trade shows, site visits, on-site demonstrations, etc.
Uncovers prospects through various channels from marketing efforts and personal lead generation activities.
Document and exchange all transactions, reports and lead status information into CB CRM System.
Meet and exceed sales quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
Leverage existing contacts and network.
Qualify, analyze and forecast sales opportunities.
Develop effective sales presentations and qualified appointments.
Generate business from new accounts.
Complete all required sales reports and detailed documentation by weekly deadlines.
Maintain current market status while increasing sales in all vertical and horizontal markets.
Experience with web research tools and navigation of large organizations to uncover executive level contacts and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales.
Identifies and researches various upcoming opportunities to determine the company`s competitive posture.
Represent and promote CB in a professional manner at tradeshows and conferences within the designated regions.
Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that impact target markets.
Must have exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize, while working with a sense of urgency
Conduct peer-to-peer conversations with senior executives, multiple individuals in each target company to gain a cross-functional view of the enterprise and its purchasing behavior.
Additional Information - Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor`s degree in Business Management/Administration, or related field.
Candidates should demonstrate a successful record in Product Sales
1-2 years of industry experience in one or more of technology sales, preferably in small to mid-size companies.
Demonstrated creativity and ingenuity in developing successful strategies for business growth.
Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills.
