ADInstruments creates innovative software and hardware solutions for life science researchers and educators. With a team of 60 in Dunedin and almost 200 globally, we have customers worldwide and are a leader in our field.
Your Role
You’ll be joining our Education Content Team and working on Lt, ADInstruments’ online learning platform. You will rend update one of our Physiology collections by restructuring, checking, and proofreading for consistency and accuracy. To understand the content, you’ll need a background in Physiology, but you will be given the training you need to complete the work, and you will be working closely with our content team, who will show you the ropes. Working with our team, you’ll enjoy flexible work hours and a range of social events. This is a full-time fixed-term position for 7 months.
The Team

Our team of Instructional Designers and Medical Illustrator are collaborative and curious and love to create beautiful, engaging content. You’ll gain experience authoring and editing content in a dynamic online learning platform (Lt) and improve your communication, time management, problem-solving, and collaboration soft skills.
Skills and Experience
This position is open to people who have completed a tertiary qualification in the Life Sciences. We’re excited about you because you’ll bring:
Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
A degree in life sciences, science communication, or other relevant areas. Physiology or neurophysiology knowledge is especially helpful.
Proven self-awareness in managing your workload and prioritising work against deadlines.
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
The following is desirable, but not required:
Familiarity with online learning platform tools
Experience creating or reviewing educational material.
Teaching experience.

This is a full-time fixed-term position for 7 months.
