Insurance Administration Support

The Insurance Administration Support is responsible for the administration of various client service support tasks, pertaining to our clients insurance policies.

You will support a team of Brokers with their client accounts.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and our Aon office.

What The Day Will Look Like

You will work in a dynamic environment processing insurance administration documentation.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including endorsements, certificates of currency, drafting quotations and reports
Assist with Claims lodgements and administration
Provide administration support to our Insurance Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
Manage key stakeholder relationships with Client Executives, Client Managers and Insurers

This role will suit someone who has strong administration skills.

Experience providing administration support to a variety of stakeholders
Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
Competent with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
