Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn, Naukri, ZoomInfo, and other tools to identify high-quality leads.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-up communications to engage potential clients and schedule meetings with senior-level decision-makers (VPs, AVPs) in target companies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and lead qualification to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders within target accounts to drive sales and ensure customer retention.
- Effectively understand and present ERP, CRM, and data analytics products, demonstrating their value and solving clients' business challenges.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by closing high-value deals and contributing to revenue growth.
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to record and track all lead interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress for accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies, close deals, and drive overall sales growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Inside sales experience, preferably in B2B sales of ERP, CRM, or data analytics solutions.
- Proven expertise in generating leads via platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Naukri, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers (VP, AVP) and navigating complex sales processes.
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and data analytics products and their business applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales tools.
- Experience in working with international markets (UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa) is preferred
