About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to support our talented Intellectual Property team through their work with development engineers, researchers and clinical scientists across the business.
The role requires someone who is capable of learning and performing a wide range of general office support/administration and intellectual property specific administration tasks including patent data entry, intellectual property file management and invoicing management. A high attention to detail and accuracy is a must to ensure our patent data is accurate, as well as a willingness to learn about intellectual property processes. The role is within an existing administration team and training will be provided.
We are looking for someone with:
Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of work
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Positive outlook and willingness to learn and get the job done
Aptitude for web-based software and databases will be an advantage
Experience working with Intellectual Property or Legal teams would be an advantage but is not mandatory
Experience in database, library or archive management would be an advantage but is not mandatory
