An Accounts cum Admin Executive in CEC is responsible for organizing all subject related functions and laying down all the systems and protocols of the organization.
Accounts
Day to day book keeping
Maintaining Petty cash, Vendor payment, Vendor negotiation
Month end provisions, TDS filing , Year end process till finalisation and filings.
Assisting US book keeping and reports
Preparing monthly P & L
EHS : (Employee HR Services)
Recruitment, Attendance, Leave, Payroll processing and Management
Induction, Joining and personal file maintenance, employee engagement, birthday celebration and catalyst activities
PF/ESI Management/Bank account opening
Fulfil employees' document requirements
Assist supervisor in Implementing HRMS
Admin
Managing/Booking travel/Lodging and other requirement for staff/visitors and project by having vendors supply and contract.
Administration and maintenance of office infrastructure, managing Annual maintenance contracts, assist in day to day clerical work.
Handling House keeping team, Keeping stock of Employee ID card , retrieving data from access control and managing CCTV surveillance system.
Responsible for procurement of stationery, office supplies, office furniture and fixtures, and supplies.
Assist in building and implementing relevant admin policies.
Qualification & Skills
Graduate/Post-graduate in Commerce stream (Major subject should be Accountancy) with min. 1-3 years of suitable experience
Strong administration skills
Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office.
A high level of confidentiality.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Shift Timing 1 : 10
Pay Package : Net Take Home (22,000 to 25000) CTC (25,800 to 28,800)
