A CPA is required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role with a proven track record of success
Extensive knowledge and experience with financial reporting, cash flows, fixed assets, stock-based compensation, and non-controlling interests
Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in clear and concise terms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in advanced financial software and systems
Benefits

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading our accounting team, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, and providing strategic guidance based on financial analysis
Manager of Accounting, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation and consolidation of all financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
Provide leadership and direction to the accounting team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement
Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
Manage and monitor all aspects of our cash flow, preparing forecasts and financial models to support strategic decision-making
Oversee the management of company assets, including the tracking and reporting of fixed assets
Lead the accounting for stock-based compensation and non-controlling interests
Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance
Drive the coordination and activities of independent audits ensuring all audit issues are resolved, and all compliance issues are met, and the preparation of the annual financial statements is in accordance with U.S. GAAP and federal, state and other required supplementary schedules and information
Implement, document and maintain adequate and effective internal controls
Act as a strategic business partner to the executive leadership team, providing expert financial guidance and advice

3. Previous experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is strongly preferred.
4. Extensive knowledge and experience with financial reporting, cash flows, fixed assets, stock-based compensation, and non-controlling interests.
5. Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles.
6. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in clear and concise terms.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
