Interior 2D Designer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Draftsman to join our dynamic team at Bella Designs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil or architectural drafting, with expertise in using AutoCAD. You will play a crucial role in translating design concepts into detailed drawings and specifications, ensuring precise execution on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and modify detailed architectural and engineering drawings using AutoCAD.
• Read and interpret detailed drawings on-site to provide clear instructions to workers.
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
• Understand and utilize Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Cutting Lists provided by the factory for site implementation.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and verify measurements as needed.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions.

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any relevant Diploma/Degree in Interior Design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with a skill level of at least 8/10.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Draftsman in the construction or interior design industry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQ lists, and Cutting Lists.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and site workers.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of additional design software is a plus.
• Experience in residential and commercial projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
