Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Architect located in Chennai. The Interior Architect will be responsible for space planning, designing interior spaces, and overseeing interior fit-out and architecture projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients, creating design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Skills in Space Planning, Interior Design, and Interior Architecture
Experience in Architecture and Interior Fit-out projects
Strong communication and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and contractors
Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
2-7 years of Experience in the residential construction industry is a plus
