We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior and Exterior Architecture Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing both interior and exterior spaces, with expertise in creating detailed 2D and 3D plans. This role requires a creative individual who can bring innovative design concepts to life while ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for both interior and exterior spaces.
Develop detailed 2D and 3D architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
Design cohesive interior and exterior environments that reflect the client’s preferences and the project’s overall aesthetic.
Select and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings for both interior and exterior elements.
Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are executed accurately and efficiently.
Present design concepts and plans to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative design solutions.
Oversee the construction and installation phases to ensure that the final project aligns with the design vision.
