• Develop creative and functional design layouts: Balance aesthetics and functionality to create stunning interior spaces.
• Prepare mood boards, presentations, and design proposals: Tailor design solutions to client needs.
• Conduct site visits and supervise implementation: Ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead a team of designers: Motivate and guide team members to achieve design goals within stipulated timelines.
