Job description: The Interior Designer is responsible for planning, designing, detailing, and overseeing the creation of high-end interior spaces, with a particular focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and wardrobes. They specialize in integrating premium materials, fixtures, and finishes to craft tailored, luxurious design solutions that meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.

Tasks Include:

Consulting with clients, architects, and stakeholders to determine design objectives, constraints, and preferences for luxury kitchens, bathrooms, and wardrobes.
Researching and analyzing spatial layouts, functionality, efficiency, safety, and aesthetic requirements specific to high-end kitchen, bathroom, and wardrobe designs.
Developing and presenting design concepts through sketches, mood boards, digital renderings, and material samples to highlight premium finishes, bespoke cabinetry, and luxurious fixtures.
Preparing detailed plans, diagrams, and technical illustrations to communicate design solutions tailored to the luxury kitchens, bathrooms, and wardrobes.
Collaborating with clients, suppliers, and construction teams to select and integrate high-quality materials, custom cabinetry, premium fittings, and designer finishes.
Creating detailed technical drawings, product specifications, and installation documentation to ensure seamless execution of high-end kitchen, bathroom, and wardrobe designs.
Coordinating with the Joinery and Interior Consultant to ensure that design execution meets luxury standards and aligns with client expectations.
Overseeing site work and supervising the installation of premium kitchen, bathroom, and wardrobe elements to ensure precision, quality, and craftsmanship.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in the design and installation of luxury kitchens, bathrooms, and wardrobes.
Managing project timelines, budgets, and procurement of high-quality materials, appliances, and custom fittings for luxury projects.
Staying updated with the latest trends, innovations, and emerging technologies in luxury kitchens, bathrooms, and wardrobes, ensuring Akira Interiors stays ahead of design trends.
The skills required for this position are:

At least Bachelor of Design (Interior) or related fields with at least 1 year of relevant experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse design projects and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, suppliers, and team members.
A professional and proactive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented work environment.
A team-oriented mindset, leading by example and fostering positive working relationships within the design team.
