Role Description

We are seeking an Interior Designer who excels in consultative selling, possessing the unique ability to convert interior design projects into exquisite living spaces. As an integral member of our team, you will engage clients in a consultative manner, meticulously crafting designs, providing budget estimates, and delivering comprehensive 3D visualizations and detailed drawings. Your role extends to validating designs at the site, guiding clients in material and shade selections, and preparing detailed Scope Sign Off documents. This role demands an innate creative flair, an in-depth understanding of materials, and exceptional sales and communication skills to ensure that the designs offer a premium look and resonate with the client's vision

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Relevant Interior Design degree(B.Sc degree).

- Proven working experience in interior designing.

- Excellent communication and client handling skills.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.

- Strong project and time management skills.

- A portfolio of previous interior design work that demonstrates creativity and expertise.

- Sales experience in the interior design field is an added advantage.
