Interior Designer

The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the implementation of interior spaces for our franchise outlets. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of brand aesthetics, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires travel to various locations to ensure consistency and quality across all franchises.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development: Create innovative and functional interior designs that align with the brand's identity and appeal to the target market. Develop mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to present design concepts.
Project Management: Oversee the design process from conception to completion for multiple franchise locations. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Collaboration: Work closely with franchisees, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of design plans. Maintain open communication to address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all franchise outlets adhere to the brand’s design standards and guidelines. Conduct site visits to review progress and provide feedback to maintain high-quality and consistent design across all locations.
Customization: Adapt designs to meet the specific needs and constraints of different locations while maintaining the core brand elements. Take into account local culture, regulations, and architectural styles.
Material Selection: Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that align with the brand’s aesthetic and functional requirements. Ensure the use of sustainable and cost-effective options.
Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents for each project. Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies. Incorporate innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency of the franchise outlets.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets. Provide accurate cost estimates and monitor expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design, preferably in retail or franchise environments.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in commercial or retail design.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional creativity and a strong eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel frequently to various locations as required.
Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
