Role will include :

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client.

The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback.

The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.
• Understand customer needs and develop complete design to suit their requirements.
• Create aesthetically and functionally sound designs and floor plans for various projects.
• Meet with the clients intermittently to take the process ahead smoothly.
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client needs and execution / production needs.
• Prepare client presentations with necessary 2D and 3D outputs.
• Work out costing and create quotes for clients.
• Maintain industry knowledge & Gain knowledge on competitors and their offerings / processes to stay relevant.
• Should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks and handle multiple clients at the same point.
• Ability to Handle Customer objections

Desired Skills and Functional Experience :
• Ability to understand Customer mindset in terms of design requirements, budget and overall need.
• Ability to gauge Customer, sharp and proactive in communication, stellar confidence, handling Customer objections, Customer Negotiation.
• Min 2-3 years of proven experience in design sales.
• Experience in Interior Designing Background is a must.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
• Interior design experience as a designer is an add-on.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
• Teamwork and leadership skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• B-Arch / BSc-ID / Postgraduate is preferred.
