We are seeking a creative and motivated Interior Designer and Sales Consultant to join our furnishings shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design and sales, with the ability to guide customers in selecting furniture and dcor that suits their style, needs, and budget. This role blends design expertise with sales skills to provide exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with customers to understand their design preferences and needs.
• Provide personalized interior design consultations to help customers choose furniture and dcor.
• Assist in the layout and styling of in-store displays to highlight product features and trends.
• Guide customers through the furniture selection process, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Meet sales targets by promoting furniture and related products.
• Prepare design proposals, presentations, and mood boards to visually communicate design concepts.
• Stay up to date with current interior design trends and furniture styles.
• Maintain knowledge of the stores inventory, including product details, materials, and availability.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to any concerns or issues.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design and retail sales.
• Strong understanding of furniture, colors, and space planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in interior styling.
