We specialize in high-end residential interior design as well as various commercial projects such as office spaces, retail establishments, and medical facilities.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer located in Kolkata. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection. The role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements, creating design concepts, preparing construction drawings, and. selecting appropriate FF&E to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the spaces.

Qualifications
Expertise in space planning, and interior design
Experience in creating construction drawings
Knowledge of FF&E selection
Proficiency in using design software and tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to work within project timelines
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, or related field
Experience in high-end residential interior design is a plus,

Job Title: Interior Designer- Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced and skillful project manager for our team!
On-site
Experience: 3 to 4 years of interior designing experience

Responsibilities:
• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
• Set costs and project fees according to budget
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
• Produce “sample” and “mood products”
• Supervise work progress
• Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
• Research and follow industry changes, evolution and best practises

Requirements:
• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
• Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, or other design programs
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
• Communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills
• BS degree in Interior Design or similar
