Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
• Identify and approach potential clients through various channels including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase products and services.
• Sales Process Management:
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals in alignment with company policies.
• Product Knowledge and Presentation:
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product offerings, market trends, and industry standards.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on interior design solutions and product choices.
• Organize and conduct product demonstrations and showroom tours for clients.
• Customer Service and Support:
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with the operations and design teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and project execution.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.
• Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Track sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set targets, develop strategies, and implement best practices.
• Market Research and Development:
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Provide insights and recommendations for new product lines or service enhancements.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the interior design or furnishings industry.
• Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to understand and interpret client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:
