Interior Fit|out Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with clients from initial contact to project handover.

- Take accurate site measurements and prepare detailed floor plans.

- Develop project plans, including design coordination and execution timelines.

- Oversee site executions to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to meet targets.

- Manage and negotiate with vendors and contractors for project needs.

- Identify and onboard new vendors as required.

- Ensure adherence to company processes and high-quality standards.

- Conduct regular quality checks and manage client feedback.

- Maintain financial transparency, including managing payments and avoiding unauthorized local purchases.

- Ensure all financial transactions are approved by management.

- Generate and present sales opportunities from project sites.

- Collaborate with the sales team to secure new business.

- Prepare daily and weekly status reports, and communicate updates to management.

- Ensure transparency in all project activities and vendor interactions.

- Contribute to process improvements for enhanced project execution efficiency.

- Introduce innovative ideas for better project productivity.

- Maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors.

- Address and resolve client queries and escalations promptly.

- Be flexible with additional responsibilities and travel as needed.

- Ensure adherence to company values and high professional standards.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the interior design industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
