Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Interior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of interior products and services, providing expert consultation, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of clients throughout the sales process. Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in establishing connections with architects, identifying potential leads, and converting them into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development: Generate new sales leads and convert them into long-term clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior design industry
• Architect Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects to identify and source potential projects. Collaborate with architects to understand client needs and provide the right interior solutions.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify leads from various sources (architects, referrals, online, networking events) and convert them into sales by offering customized solutions.
• Customer Consultation: Provide professional consultation to customers regarding interior design products, materials, and solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products, services, and trends in the interior design industry to offer tailored recommendations.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales opportunities and ensure repeat business.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation, client meetings, and strategic selling techniques.
• Quotations & Proposals: Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and design plans to clients, ensuring competitive pricing and alignment with customer requirements.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of interior projects from the sales phase to completion.
• Market Research: Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the interior design, architecture, or home improvement industries.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand customer requirements and present appropriate solutions.

Experience working with architects and understanding architectural requirements.

Knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and products is a plus.

Highly motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Excellent customer service skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Interior & Furniture .

Minimum of Five years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the interior design or home decor industry
